DiiPS-R1 ( Digital Information of iPS Cells revision 1) is a database that allows disease-specific iPS cells to be evaluated based on their differentiation propensity. Based on the highly reproducible results of patterning culture differentiation propensity analysis, each disease-specific iPS cell is shown what type of cell it is likely to differentiate into. The iPS cells listed in this database are available from the Cell Bank of RIKEN BioResource Research Center.
