Digital Information of Disease-specific iPS cells
DiiPS (Digital Information of iPS Cells) is a database that allows disease-specific iPS cells to be evaluated based on their differentiation propensity. Based on omics analysis results, including patterning culture differentiation propensity analysis, the database illustrates the differentiation tendencies of each disease-specific iPS cell. The iPS cells listed in this database are available from the Cell Bank of RIKEN BioResource Research Center.

ProjectMPC
Analysis method6 modules
A cellular state module profile of single-cell RNA-seq data from 12 healthy iPS cell lines derived from micro-pattern culture, based on 4,472 genes.
MPC scRNASeq ALS/healthy 63 lines
ProjectMPC
Analysis method6 modules
A cellular state module profile of single-cell RNA-seq data from 63 ALS and healthy control iPS cell lines derived from micro-pattern culture, based on 4,472 genes.
Motor neuron differentiation (day0,6,10,20) ALS/healthy 65 cell lines
ProjectAMED-PRIME
Analysis methodSeurat v5& 4 modules
A cellular state clustering and module profile of single-cell RNA-seq results from 65 ALS and healthy iPS cell lines. scRNA-seq data contains days 0, 6, 10, and 20 after the start of motor neuron induction, and the cell lines are scored by the composition of ALS/Healthy-associated cell clusters.
